From Beer Waste to High-Quality Fish Feed

Can beer get any better? Two graduate students from the Colorado School of Mines and the good people at New Belgium Brewing Company have devised a way to convert protein-laden, bacteria-rich wastewater from brewing operations into granules to feed farm-raised fish.
